This gym is a fantastic place where you are challenged (in a good and fun way) to push your body! Would totally recommend this location and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

I love this workout. Took the Tuesday 530pm boxing class with Blydell and it was the best calorie burning sweat drenched workout of my day! There's nothing like taking your daily aggression out on a boxing bag! I highly recommend this gym and this particular class you won't be disappointed!!

We're there for the Parkinson's boxing class. Seems to be a very good class, and I can see where it will help. Don't know about the regular classes.
