I asked for a cut and single color and the stylist added on two treatments without saying they were extra and not stating they were extra services. This increased my bill $50.00! I called the mgr confused about my bill and she only offered a $25 gift card. I told her not to bother because I'd have to spend more $ to even use the gift card.
