The staff was very friendly, we saw a great indie movie (Craigslist Joe) and they had good popcorn to boot. And the theatre was very clean. I would highly recommend The Projection Room Cinema!

We just found out it was the first theatre in Toronto. That is fantastic! They could market that idea to investors to restore it, as a landmark.

Loved it there - it might not yet be the prettiest cinema (though I believe enhancements are underway), but it has a great vibe, nice staff and interesting films. A lot of charm.

Perhaps earlier evening showings. IE: a 7-7:30 show rather than just 2:30ish and 9-9:30ish
