Keeping appointment times is important. Providing good service to the client your ate with should be your focus rather than texting or gearing your attention to the next client.

Terrible service. Cut my hair for 5 mins, and them left me sitting there for half an hour. Was there for an hour and a half, and probably worked on me for 10 mins. Other services that were supposed to be included we also very misleading. And more...
