The staff were super helpful and friendly! The selection was pretty good and was satisfied with the price of the frames I picked out. I was surprised to see the $200 difference in the two lense options (one with/ one without blue screen resistance). Also, on their website it stated that they will bill directly to the insurance company- though they didn't have a contract with mine so I had to pay up front. Overall, I'm happy with the service.
