Great experience...from the time we first arrived with reception to meeting with my Marina, my laser tech who performed my first round of tattoo laser removal. Everything was explained thoroughly. Expectations were set in accordance to my tattoo, the process, before, during and after. I really can't say anything else but great things about my experience. Very personable and friendly group of people...odd to say (since I was getting zapped with laser), but I look forward to my next appointment. After my first round of removal, 24 hours later, I do see lightening of my outline and the late shading is already gone. So far, far beyond my expectations! Give them a shot! Jorge
