The service is very good. They greet you at the door and ask if they can take your coat and offer a drink like water or espresso. The wash and cut were very good and I am very happy with the end result. A few negative aspects I experienced were that they do not do a pre-wash consultation with you to see what your hair looks like when dry. Most other high end salons do this and for the prices Runway charges I expect the same treatment. The Italian music over the loudspeakers in the salon is way too loud. I am looking for a relaxing experience and the music gave me a headache. Finally, they need more help. They are understaffed and this gives the salon an amateurish feel.
