Cleaning service was good. It was a little difficult to book the appointment. Going through the online service, I wasn't sure if I had the correct company.

I booked an appointment for 3pm today. Haven't shown yet, it's 4:30pm. I doubt they will show. I tried calling...number is out of service. Emailed 2 options. Doubt they will respond.

I have purchased two cleaning coupons for Spotless Cleanliness. One of them is due for service today. I have received confirmation email that I have booked service from 9:00-12:00 on Oct 8, 2012. I have not received any phone call or neither have showed up. I DO NOT recommend them. I have also tried calling few times but there is no VM I can leave as its full

The company did not show up for an appointment booked at least a month in advance and followed up with a reminder two days prior. This is simply irresponsible behaviour when clients take time off work to be home. I am a supporter of small businesses but this does not meet minimum acceptable service levels, even for a startup.

did a mediocre job....tried numerous amount of times to contact them and have them return for further service and till this day no contact from them. Will contact Grouon for credit for remaining 9 sessions.
