About Change from the Inside Out

Colleen Akiko has lived her life helping people. She's helped found non-profits, building communities and creating connections between people, and as a mother, artist, musician, and student. Her spiritual training includes a Bachelors degree in theological studies as well as the study of Reiki, earning certification as a Reiki master therapist and Transformative Wholistic Reintegration instructor. She combines these elements, her spirituality, passion for family, and strong sense of community, in her role as a transformational coach.

During sessions, Colleen helps her clients discover areas of instability in their lives so that together, they can fix them. She prefaces her sessions with a questionnaire that helps guests identify these areas by asking questions such as "Your Mission: What type of change would you like to create in the world with your life?" Once clients have envisioned these answers, Colleen helps them to arrive at their goals.
