This is authentic Mexican food! The only place to go for really wonderful food and service at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. My favorite spot is on Cherry Street in Tulsa. Great scenery outside.

The chicken tortilla soup, fajita chicken quesadillas and chili cheese enchiladas are very good. The yellow rice is to die for! The frozen strawberry margarita was delicious. However, I did not like the ceviche. The shrimp was cut up into little tiny pieces (strange), had a weird texture and smelled fishy. Also, it had no flavor. No spices, no zing, nothing. My niece made it better last year at Thanksgiving! Also, the service was terrible. One of my pet peeves is when a server helps everyone else but a table (us) who's been sitting there awhile. She finally came back to us, but didn't ask if we wanted dessert, coffee or anything else. It's usually not like that there, so I will let it slide this time. We've been coming here for years and it's usually a good experience. We ate at the 51st and Harvard location in Tulsa.

They have delicious food!! There is not ONE thing that I dislike about Chimi's!! The service last night was excellent, too!! :)
