Hair removal was about 50% after 6 treatments. Rachel was very nice. Some office staff were friendly but indifferent.

I have auburn hair. Did not work on me at ALL even with the highest strength they have. staff is very nice, but if you have red/auburn hair (even darker auburn) don’t bother. (Hair color photo included for reference - yes, the removal site was the same color hair)
