The massage therapist wore plastic gloves during the foot massage and it felt very uncomfortable on both feet. Her massage techniques were also less professional than other foot massage locations in the city. Overall, disappointed with the massage.

1. She made a mistake with my appt and had it booked the day after (showed up for nothing) but she apologized so that was fine. Her English was also hard to understand so I felt it difficult to explain anything to her 2. During the session she took phone calls and the phone rang out loud. I don't think that is professional when there is voice mail. 3. The reflexology was not the style I was expecting; I was not even sure it covered all the reflexes

I would not define treatment as foot reflexology or a dry massage. massage table is not a massage table my treatment was only 40 minutes long... when it was suppose to be 60min. also... odd to keep most of the clothes on and only a small towel to cover...?
