When you go in to this establishment there is a large sign saying what the minimum tip you have to give is ... this is before your mani/pedi.
Like many other places offering these services, it would be better if the owner/staff spoke and understood English. It's frustrating when you ask a question about your treatment and they don't understand what you're asking and just respond with 'yes' or answer with something totally unrelated.
the nail polish that was used on my finger nails peel off the next day. I was not pleased with the work done.
They expected top dollar tip for extremely poor service and poor workmanship
I would never go there again for any amount of money or free!! I could do a better job!!
I found lying down for my pedicure very uncomfortable, they need to get a chair. Foot bath was too small too, scraped my ankles putting my feet in and out.
A mandatory minimum tip is not a tip. If the service was awful I should be able to decide the amount of tip I leave. That is my prerogative. The bed is odd and there was no proper pedicure chair which meant bending your feet weirdly, my feet were placed in a garbage bag lined bath with no bath salts or anything. The only time an obligatory tip is acceptable is in a restaurant with a large party reservation. That's it. Overall I felt I could have done a much better job myself and should have just stayed home. I was not impressed and will not be returning.
Poor service- little attention to detail, the salon needs updating- very tacky decor
She was very nice but my nail polish was chipped faster then when I do myself.
If you want repeat customers you shouldn't have rules, add ons and extras which I have not encountered in other places. Will not come back.
