When I dropped off white shirts, I told them I wanted the underarm stains treated. The person said sure, they would do this. When I picked up the shirts after they were cleaned, I was told they couldn't treat the stains. I could have gone to another cleaners that could have done a better job.

You told me on the phone a suit was $20-$23 to dryclean. When I arrived, you charged more. Keep your prices the same or you will lose customers.
