Put a price list out Don't charge for pinning; first time I've had to pay $5 for this. It looks like they were trying to make more money and is not practical as customers may not know or do this properly.

Should tell customers beforehand about fitting charge..Other tailors have included this service in their price and charges less than you do. Also other tailors will tell you to bring the shoes you will wear with the pants you are hemming for and wash your jeans before hemming, but you did not do that..
