Blazzin Pizza, a family-owned restaurant, doesn't make choosing simple. Customers begin designing custom pizzas by choosing one of five spicy and savory sauces, which the cooks layer atop a disk of hand-tossed dough. From there, the challenge involves choosing from more than 25 available toppings, including everything from barbecue chicken and red onion to sausage and mushroom.
