1-hour Infrared Sauna: The receptionist was very friendly and Nicola explained to me of what to do and things I should know about. The place is clean. She checked on me after half an hour and 15 minutes after that. The room was comfortable enough in regards to the size and heat. I was provided with towels, pillow, magazines, wet wipes, sanitizer, & most of all, bottles of water. I am going back again next week. I highly recommend Vaughan Laser & Anti-Aging Clinic.

This was my first ever IR sauna session and it turned out to be really great! The staff were really friendly and courteous. The sauna they use is Sunlighten mPulse sauna which uses all three near, far and mid range IR radiation which are also tested to be lowest for EMF exposure! The sauna room is one person use so you have your privacy which I really appreciate!
