Roxanne has the sweetest personality you ever saw anywhere, and goes far beyond the call of duty in being polite and making customers comfortable. She did an excellent job on my complicated hair, was very careful not to break off the ends (the most important thing!), and neer complained or charged me extra, but said she enjoyed her job and everything it entails. She makes sure your neck is comfortable all through the wash, and gives the longest, most soothing head massage you ever got at a hair salon. I will definitely come back, and will give her an even bigger tip next time. 💛💛💛💛💛 (five HEARTS for stars!) 😊😊😊
