I paid $ 89.00 for up to 3 filler surfaces. I thought it was 3 fillings. Each molar has ( 5 surfaces 4 sides and the top ) . Dr. Said I need a new crown that he would discount me. $ 600 really !!!!!!!!! Took 3hrs to get nothing done. Buyers beware..
