Super courses! Very informative

The course is very well done. To get the great looking/sounding recipes in this course, one must pay an additional $37 at the time of starting the course, or one is not able to have them. They will not copy and paste, and I just didn't want to spend hours hand writing them out. The course is written by a British person, so all the measurements are in grams, and mililiters, and 'tins' so one must have a scale to prepare them, and know how much is in a 'tin'. Some recipes listed ingredients I had never heard of before, but after looking them up I now know that: stilton is a type of English cheese, courgettes are zucchinis, and beetroots are beets. The full course is written out, without any video demonstrations. All the recipes looked like they would be very delicious and nutritious, but as I didn't purchase the printouts, I don't have them. Having lifetime access to the online course, I can look them up, however.
