About Paleo Plan

Paleo Plan makes Paleo simple with meal plans featuring easy-to-prepare recipes and shopping lists to help customers eat healthy. The custom menu is delivered weekly via email and includes three meals per day plus a snack. Truly Paleo, all recipes provided are free of gluten, grains, dairy, legumes, and vegetable oil, and can be further customized to accommodate any additional allergy or preference. In order to cut down on waste, customers can select the number of people eating the meals, and any leftovers are incorporated into future meal plans.
