It was an ok experience. The communication from the agent wasn't the best - at one point promising an extra pickup month because of the snow and then denying this was the case. Then the bins themselves were fairly small and couldn't actually take much garden waste. The compost bag they delivered was pretty small too. Overall, considering we can drop off garden waste for free in Colwood I wouldn't recommend this service as it is too expensive for not that much. Glad I tried it though.
