polite, efficient....could have done a little more clean-up on the ground, but the weather was terrible that day, so couldn't blame them for leaving it.

The Gentleman, that came to the house was quick, professional and extremely polite. He was knowledgeable and respectful, of the things that needed to be done, in the cleaning of the gutters. Even talk about some trouble areas to keep on eye on. This my second time using Friendly Giant and will continue to use them in the future. Already to book them to do the windows.
