The job was done well & their staff have been a pleasure to deal with. We have used them twice & have been very pleased.

I like the fact that your company phones ahead in the morning to confirm arrival time...and arrive at the scheduled time.

When I called to reserve they suggested their arrival would be in the afternoon between 11am- 3 pm with a confirmation call that morning. The confirmation csll suggested they'd arrive in an hour- they arrived in 15 minutes.

My carpets are definitely cleaner than with other companies I have used in the past.

They will always try to up-sell you so be prepared!! Some times it is a bit too much but they did a good job.

Honest, did a good job on my wall to wall. Have not got my area carpet back yet, should be this Saturday-Monday. Should be fine.
