This was my first acupuncture experience. Didn't know really what to expect, but knew it would involve needles. Wow! The experience was amazing. There was no pain. I didn't feel the needles lying still. After the needles were placed, I began to feel warm sensations in the trouble areas of my body. The needles were removed after 30 mins and the massage began. Again, amazing! I felt so relaxed and the tightness was gone. Looking forward to another visit.
