The technician was fantastic. He explained some things about my system that I wasn’t aware of and advised me how to go about solving the problem.. The technicians name was Christ. He wasn’t trying to sell but to be helpful. I liked that about him. I hope that the company relay my thoughts about him and give him his thank you from me.

Chris Probst was our tech and he was very professional & thorough. He even asked if we have a carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. We thought we did but couldn't locate either so they're on our shopping list now. He also took the time to set up our programmable thermostat, we've recently purchased our home so we need all the help we can get! :)
