If you're looking for basic items like sea salt, dried basil, etc., do NOT go to Spice Merchants because it is expensive. Do go for unique blends or harder to find spices. Cute shop and each packet of spice has helpful tips on what to use the spice on.

I love this place! There is SO much to choose from that it is a little overwhelming. We enjoyed purchasing several small packages so we could sample different things. My suggestion: plan to spend some time there ... the spice and tea selection deserve your full attention.

I love the fact that you can open the jars and smell the spices that you're buyin. They are more than just a spice store. They also have tea's. It's just a nice little store with alot to offer.
