You guys should think about doing the fish in pieces minus the bones. I had this in an Ethiopian restaurant in Atlanta and I enjoyed it better that way.

Also regarding the food we only eat Tef injera. Since they have the shop next door that sells Tef injera they could offer it as an upgrade(charge more) if someone asks for it. Other restaurants do that.

It took a while for us to get our drinks. That was all.

Food was cooked fresh. This is by far the best Ethiopian food we have had. We were disappointed that we have lived here all this time and did not know about it.

We liked the vegetarian and meat sampler platters, although they were at the limits of my spice threshold for heat. The only downside was our 3 year old children were only able to try two out of the 6 offerings, and they still got a Jalapeno seed in one or two bites. We had to feed them dinner at home after. Next time, I'll be sure to ask for mild only dishes so we can all enjoy.
