I use it for Kettlebell conditioning and it is terrific. If you want to learn proper KB technique you cannot go wrong at SLSDF

They are great there. They will work with you so if don't know anything or know everything, you can feel good and know your needs will be taken care of. They work with all experience levels. I highly recommend them to everyone. If you are just starting out or want more, they can handle it.
