Always tremendous service. The selection of items was, as always, vast and of highest quality. Cynthia is such a joy and incredibly knowledgeable of product and horticulture in general. The family owned company is always willing to assist, and the repeat business in our community serves as a testament to their quality service overall.

We were so happy to check out Jo-Ann's Gardens. We got some great plants for our gardens and plan on going back to get some Fall mums. The gentleman who checked us out was very friendly!

Very hard to find any sales help in the nursery areas; no one seemed particulalry interested in helping us when we finally did find some help. This is when compared to three other garden centers we have frequented regularly for several years, and intensively this year.
