There aren't just ketchup-smeared hot dogs at Rick's Doghouse. Instead, Rick and his staff top all-beef franks or turkey dogs with a choice of gourmet toppings. Chefs grill up classics, such as the Little Hobo, which comes layered with mustard, ketchup, relish, and toppings such as sauerkraut and banana peppers. Their gourmet dogs, such as the Pitbull, ChowHound, Mad Dog, Sherman Dog, and BLT dog, however, are a bit more complex. They top franks with everything from chili and cheese, sauerkraut with cream cheese and deli mustard, or even an entire egg and strips of bacon. To pair with these hot dogs, they serve up drink options such as organic juices, coffee, and iced tea, or bags of chips.
