Get more people to work during busy hours, so that the staff is not overwhelmed and customers are not waiting too long to have their orders taken or food served. Not having good service can definitely convince customers not to come back even if they have enjoyed the food.

The food was very delicious. Everything we ordered was super tasty! And the customer service was excellent. I'm so glad we finally have a pho closer to home.

The comment I'd like to make is their choice of music. I'd like to listen to something more interesting and that goes better with the type of restaurant. A lot of the times their playing teenage loud music. I would also like to comment about their chairs and tables. They look a little dusty on the bottom part of the furniture. Other than that, Pho Whittier is a great addition to the city of Whittier and I wish them a great success!
