The "waxing" area left much to be desired compared to other businesses providing similar services. The technician was a heavy handed, rough. Nevertheless, the results were great , brows never looked better.

Kym was GREAT!!! My hair was a disater when I went in (previous bad cut and color from another salon) and Kym was totally able to save my hair! I was so happy with her! She listened to what I wanted and made it look better than what I ever expected. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend her!!!!

It would be nice if there are people who could come forward and welcome those who walk in and see to it that people know about their products especially those who were waiting either for their turn or for someone they came to the Salon with. The worst experience I ever had was the one receiving us did not even smile. Their customer service need to be improved.
