I am working at becoming more physically fit. The staff is really friendly and helpful. During workouts the instructors offer modifications or alternate exercises that I can do. Each instructor has a different style so workouts vary from day to day.

Talk to the trainer before class and let him or her know you're knew. They'll be more likely to help you. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions throughout the workout.

Our instructor was Ashley. My girlfriend was very hesitant to go but afterwards said the she loved the instructor and she helped make her feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you
