Glad to add this class to my workout week.

Thank you for the fantastic challenge! If I lived closer, I would be there on a regular basis! An excellent workout while in town for two weeks.

My first class was a great experience. I have never done cardio kickboxing before, it was pretty fun and the staff were very helpful & patient.

I would recomend this and have to others

We bought the coupons for our 16 and 17 year old sons. They are extremely positive about the experience and find the work-out to be fun and challenging.

Little Ninja's could be more organized. 1. The website start time and actual start times are not the same 2. The class is only 30m yet the same teacher doesn't stay for the class rather the kids start out with 1 teacher and 1/2 way thru some teenage come to finish up. 3-5yr old don't respond well to this 3. The kids aren't learning as much as anticipate per the website description (ie manners, patients, listening, etc..). In addition the few classes we've attended thus far little to no karate instruction has been given.
