Sometimes they have a crustier bread that holds together better...closer to Italian bread...if you could make that your regular bread. I think it would bring in more repeat customers.

Hoagies were GREAT! Don't let the cost fool you.....they are very large and very meaty! Steak hoagie was delicious!
