Dr Pitman is very personable and an extremely talented surgeon. I've been going to him for years for various services from augmentation, to Botox and microdermabrasion facials. Thanks to him I look 10 years younger than I am!

I paid for 6 laser treatments for two areas (one small and one large) and only received 3. I would show up for appointments and the office would be closed and locked. Other times they would tell me the machine was broken after I had already taken off work to be there. I lost half my money.

Whenever I've called its a woman at her home that answers, "hello". One would think the phone would be answered with the name of the biz. I called to confirm my apt and was told there was an emergency and she needed to reschedule. She never called.

I feel I was over charged total $540.00 I Herd the doc say 119.00 per 20 cc ==357.00? I will need to put a sotp on this charge? I sure hope this was mistake? I will need to put a recall of my money back If I don't
get this matter resolve. Thelma
