I've gotten many successful spray tans in my life. I can't help but wonder if what I experienced (a super blotchy and weird looking spray tan) could have been prevented. AFTER the fact, Kathy and Lauren were attempting to help me remedy the situation, I appreciate that. But my first time in there when I actually got the spray tan? It kind of felt like they were more about selling the products/services, period. There is a general demeanor that you have when all you care about is the sale, even if you are being nice with the words you say. It made me uncomfortable. If you want repeat customers, make them feel really warm and fuzzy, not like you're constantly trying to sell something to them.
