We had a very good experience there at the restaurant in Hamburg--it certainly filled us up after a long trip to Lexington, and met our expectations. The waitress--working an unbelievably difficult shift from 9 pm to 7 am--was superb in every sense, but we know from talking to her that she is tired of that particular shift and is looking for another job. My advice to Waffle House: do anything to keep her and by all means be fair and get her on a better shift--she's done her time after two years working the "grave yard" shift and it's high time to reward an outstanding waitress with a normal shift. I do not remember her name unfortunately, but she's a middle-aged lady who was quite cordial and took very good care of my wife and me. Do her, yourself, and you customers a favor: reward her and get her on another shift!
