Stephanie is a pro. She has you fill out some basic info regarding your health, meds, what type of pressure etc. I was totally relaxed when I left.

Stephanie is great, but it was hard to completely relax because they are located within a chiropractor's office and the walls are thin. I could hear everything going on over there, even over the music.
