About Fusion Fitness
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration behind the Fusion Fitness by Lyndsey app was to create my own environment in which each of my clients are able to tap into my expertise and receive the specific technique, motivation, and accountability that will help them accomplish the desired changes to their health and overall fitness.
What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job are the relationships that I share with my clients. I am able to connect with them in a way that is not often achieved in other professions. They become like family and I am more than grateful that I have the opportunity to experience that on a daily basis.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I created an app that is customized to making the often tumultuous relationship that most people have with fitness and working out, the exact opposite. I have built up a sense of community that is so all encompassing that a void is felt in your day if you don't get your Fusion Fitness in.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? My custom made workouts are very results driven, and through the use of accountability tools such as habit tracking, H.R. monitors, and virtual training sessions , I am able to add a whole other level of accountability that has proven to be a largely motivating among my clients.
