- The Women Lifting Weights Series starts Thursday, May 1 at 6:30 - 7:30 pm, once a week, and teaches women the fundamentals of building & maintaining muscle tone; losing weight & keeping it off; improving endurance & stamina while increasing feel-good hormones and reducing stress so you can get better sleep! Each class is a full body workout incorporating dumbells, kettle bells, body bars & core equipment to round out the perfect resistance training workout! Perfect for women experiencing hormonal or age related challenges. Mats are not provided.
- The Balance Beginner's Yoga Series starts Saturday, May 3 at 11:00 - 12:00 pm, once a week, is for students who always wanted to try Vinyasa but intimidated by the faster pace? Join us as we break down the fundamentals, offer modifications and empower you to practice safely and mindfully! Suitable and suggested for beginner's to more seasoned practitioners who would like to learn the more subtle aspects of the vinyasa practice. Each week have a different focus. Mats are not provided.
