About Bethesda Salt Cave

Marylands First and Only Salt Cave has been constructed from 36 tonnes of Himalayan Salt. The floor, walls, and ceiling are lined with this amazing 84 mineral enriched salt all the way from the foothills of the Himalaya's. A scientific device known as a Halo-generator infuses medical-grade salt into the air for guests to inhale while they recline and relax on zero gravity chairs or lay back on our beautiful organic handmade pillows. We dim the lights, play gentle music while you rest, and allow the salt to help you breathe better. It is a 45 min session, this is a holistic & natural way of helping with allergies, asthma, eczema, psoriasis, and all sorts of health and wellness issues. Remember to bring a pair of socks to wear in the salt and do not use fragrances or perfumes prior to arriving for your session.
