About A Chat with bhanda camp

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Free weights, cardio, and yoga are all mixed into one class to create a full body workout, boosting your metabolism and burning calories. Set to high-energy music, this non-stop workout will make you sweat, smile, and leave wanting more!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
New sequences every class, updated playlists every week, seeing change in their bodies (endurance, muscular tone, flexibility), giving correct form adjustments, and ultimately, pushing limits to reach fitness goals!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
bhanda camp was born out of a love for fitness through intense yoga. Coming from Northern Virginia to the Fredericksburg area, it was discovered that there was no fitness class that incorporated the yoga values and postures with the fitness and intensity level of running and lifting weights

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and inspiring students to challenge themselves, making my students feel welcome, motivated, and educated each and every class. Incorporating the yoga values into a high-intensity class combines the best of both worlds.
