About Brick River Cider Co.
Brick River Cider Co. is rooted in connectivity. It's named after the rivers that transported bricks from the city of St. Louis to its surrounding rural communities, but its beginnings lie in founder Russ John's family tradition of bringing fresh-pressed regional fruit to St. Louis for the purpose of crafting authentic hard cider. These ciders are all gluten free, and range from classics to bold innovations.
- Homestead: Much like a walk through an orchard, this unfiltered, semisweet farmhouse-style cider bursts with fruit flavor (5.0% ABV).
- Cornerstone: a classic semidry cider with fresh apple notes and earthy hints representative of its rural roots (5.5% ABV)
- Sweet Lou's: Named after the city where it's crafted, this lightly sweetened cider is a flavorful explosion of apple, blueberry, and lavender (5.0% ABV).
