Children/Teen Martial Arts Classes:
Perfect for ages 5 to 17, our martial arts program helps young students develop essential life skills like focus, discipline, and respect while staying active and having fun. Classes are designed to engage kids and teens with techniques that build confidence and a strong sense of achievement.
Adults Martial Arts Classes:
Three weekly classes, one hour each, designed to improve physical fitness, confidence, and discipline.
