Appointment required, contact by phone at (202) 930-1665. FACE MASK REQUIRED. A NON-REFUNDABLE $20 deposit must be made to successfully confirm your appointment. This deposit will go towards the remainder balance of your service. CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to reschedule. SAME DAY cancellations will be charged total costs of appointment. 15 MINS LATE your appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation. NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged the total costs of appointment. SQUEEZE IN/AFTER HOUR appointments are available for a $50 additional fee to desired service. NO REFUNDS. You are allowed to reschedule ONCE. After that you will need to book a new appointment and place a new deposit towards that service.
