What We Offer
Here's what you'll get. A one-hour pole and chair class with 1-2 instructors. Class begins with a flowing 20-minute mat warm-up set to mesmerizing music to both stretch and build strength.
What you'll learn is the style and flow of Sensual Dance. You'll learn how to use your space. Floorwork and wall work included. You'll learn how to listen to music and how to use the moves you've learned as language to express and communicate.
Classes are all Beginner Level, and there may be some students with a bit more experience than you. Not to worry. All pole tricks will match your specific ability and expertise.
* Here's what you'll bring to class: Water, wear yoga pants and a top to warm up in. Bring shorts and a flirty skirt or dress for the chair and pole segment. Heels are introduced in week 3 Note:- Don't apply any lotion on your body on the day of class so you won't slide or lose your grip.
- Don't consume any alcohol before or during class.
- Private Classes and Parties are not covered by your Groupon.
