Alternatively, if you prefer to schedule your appointment later, select the 'Buy Now, Book Later' option and complete your booking in the 'My Stuff' section of Groupon after purchasing the voucher.
Cancellation and rescheduling: Any booking changes (cancellations or rescheduling) can be made directly through the Groupon booking interface in the ''My Stuff'' section without needing to contact the merchant. If the customer arrives late, the appointment may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
24-Hour Notice Required: Changes to bookings can generally be made up to 24 hours before the appointment in the ''My Stuff'' section on Groupon.
No-show policy: If you are not present at the time of the appointment, you may not be entitled to a refund.
