Life jackets & safety instruction are included & mandatory, NO EXCEPTIONS. No tow & go is allowed. A minimum age of 18 years old and a valid drivers license is required for all renters operating a jet ski. You may also rent a jet ski with a passport but additional restrictions apply. Passengers can have a valid id or drivers licence. Texas law requires all boat operators born on or after September 1, 1993, who will be operating a PWC or a motorized boat over 15 hp, to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card.
